1. General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement defines the procedure for the provision of services for the exchange of electronic money by the service.
1.2. The service refers to an online resource for the exchange of electronic money located on the Internet.
1.3. The User/Client is an individual who has expressed a desire to use the services of the service.
1.4. The User and the service, when jointly mentioned, are referred to as the Parties.
1.5. The Agreement is a public offer that the User accepts by submitting an application through the online resource for the provision of services provided by the service.

2. Services provided
2.1. The Service exchanges electronic money of the Bitcoin, Ethereum and other payment systems, the list of which is presented on the website.
2.2. The Service does not provide interbank exchange services or other banking operations.
2.3. The condition for the exchange is the withdrawal of digital signs by the User from his electronic wallet.

3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Service provides the services specified in Part 2 of this Agreement, provided that the User follows the points formed in this Agreement.
The procedure for their provision is determined by the internal regulations of the service established by Part 5 of this Agreement.
3.2. The User pays for the services of the service in compliance with the conditions established by this Agreement.

4. Rights and obligations of the Parties
4.1. The Service undertakes to:
4.1.1. Convert digital currencies of online payment systems in compliance with the points specified in this Agreement.
4.1.2. Provide technical and information support to Users during the exchange.
4.2. The User is obliged to:
4.2.1. Provide accurate data and details for timely execution of money transfers. 

5. Regulations for the exchange of "electronic money"
5.1. The exchange begins after receiving funds from the User and is completed within 180 minutes.
5.1.1. If funds for the application created by the User are not received within the time specified in the application, the application is automatically canceled.
5.2. The exchange is considered complete after the funds are transferred to the details specified by the User.
5.3. The User cannot cancel an exchange that has already begun.
5.4. If the client receives Bitcoin cryptocurrency, the terms of transaction confirmation (crediting of funds) depend on the Bitcoin system itself. This processcan take from 15 minutes to several hours, depending on the workload of the Bitcoin network. The exchange service is not responsible for the speed of transactions and confirmationsin the Bitcoin network.
5.5. The User, by clicking the "I agree with the exchange rules" button, confirms that he accepts all the terms of this Agreement.

6. Guarantees and liability of the Parties
6.1.  The Service does not bear material or moral responsibility for the improper use of the service by the User, as well as errors made by him in the process of filling out individual items of the standard application form for the exchange of "digital money". If the funds were transferred to the wrong account, then the cancellationof the transaction or refund of funds is not carried out.
6.2. The service administration may supplement or change this Agreement at any time. In this case, all changes begin to apply after theirpublication on the web resource (site).
